Love Algorithm explores romance in the digital age, where lyric tenderness collides with the profit-driven logic of the platforms that now mediate our desire.
Shifting between London, Paris and Shanghai, Eleni Cay's poems trace how online interaction reshapes intimacy and threatens authentic selfhood — while holding out hope for new forms of human fellowship. Fresh, high-spirited and open, with an eye for odd, intimate moments, the collection captures arresting images of connection under twenty-first-century conditions.
It includes 'You Want to Come to Mine?', longlisted in the 2019 Bedford International Writing Competition.
