The quiet sailing life at Loma View Yacht Club in San Diego is shockingly disrupted when a battered body is found floating among the small club's docks. It turns out that the corpse, who had not been a member, was a drug pusher who had been attracted to the club by its most seductive vamp. But, more important, who murdered the thug.and why?
