Loba Loca is a gritty, heartfelt spinoff of the MFKZ universe, created by Guillaume “Run” Renard and illustrated by Guillaume Singelin as part of the design studio Label 619. It follows Guadalupe “Guada” Mayflower, a teenager whose life unravels after a social scandal lands her under house arrest. When she discovers a hidden connection to the infamous luchador Diablo, Guada is thrust into a chaotic road trip through the underbelly of this satirical, noir-ish universe. Guided by the washed‑up wrestler Tigre, she confronts family secrets, media exploitation, and the violent legacy she never asked for.

Notă biografică
Guillaume “Run” Renard is an accomplished animator, director, and writer. His work has a modern approach, with an interest in social outcasts. The background of his work is tinged with modern concerns such as terrorism, the quest for identity, ecological issues, and the temptation of radicalization for young people. His first animated short, Mutafukaz: Operation Blackhead (2003), a Sundance Festival selection, was the start to his “Mutafukaz” universe. His debut feature film, Mutafukaz (2017), co-directed with Nishimi Shojiro, had its world premiere at Annecy International Animation Festival and has since been released on Netflix in the United States as MFKZ.
Guillaume Singelin is at the forefront of a new wave of cartoonists making a mark on the industry. After two years in graphic design school at EPSAA, he was noticed by Run of label 619, who offered him a place on the preproduction team for the animated feature film Mutafukaz. Already recognized for his skills as a cartoonist, Singelin has also become a master in the art of narration, a field where his graphic ease enhances the originality of his layouts. A field where the influence of cinema is omnipresent, his narration being similar to the storyboards normally intended for the seventh art. It is therefore no coincidence that his style gives pride of place to the movement and liveliness of the characters. He has won numerous awards for his most recent solo work on Frontier.
