Little Words Big Meaning

Valerie has decided it is time to live her purpose with no excuses. Her inspiration is layered, from deep soulful convictions to feeling inspired by people she has met along the way. As a mother of two and a past Marriage and Family Therapist she sees the need for daily inspiration to get people through difficult days, nuggets of hope to hold on to. She has personally been through many shift and changes throughout her life and finds that assigning meaningful purpose to words has helped her face her most difficult challenges. Valerie sees herself as unique and ordinary at the same time...knowing that everyday people are extraordinary in their own way, everyones voice deserves to be heard!
