Recenzii
"Bright-eyed figural characterizations of the flower and bees lend a retro vibe to this playful view of the pollination cycle."
Carly’s book is what every nature loving parent hopes to read to their child. It blends perfectly the wonder and magic of bees with real life lessons on how we can be good stewards to them and our planet.
The book is a beautiful way to teach kids the importance of nature and how it so effortlessly works together to bring us so much goodness. That there are silent little hero’s, like bees, that deserve our respect and support.
Carly takes something so important and makes it feel like magic. The nostalgic illustrations alone will stop you in your tracks, and the story teaches kids that bees are some of the most powerful little creatures on the planet and honestly, it reminded me of that too.
Warm, meaningful, educational, and filled with heart. It's the kind of book that inspires both children and the adults reading alongside them.
I loved this book! The illustrations and the rhymes are super fun and engaging, and it is really great to see a wonderfully colorful way of educating the youngest learners on the wonders of bees.
Little Bee and the Bloom is a sweet, joyful way to teach children that bees are small but essential — a message I love as an integrative pediatrician focused on raising healthy kids in a healthier world.
Carly has spent years reminding us that nature is our most powerful healer — and now she's written the book that will make the next generation believe it too. As a nutritionist, I know that so much of what nourishes us begins with the bee. Little Bee and the Bloom turns that profound truth into pure magic. Every child — and every parent — needs this on their shelf.
This story is such a sweet reminder that growth doesn’t happen alone, and that even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference! The illustrations and beautiful, and the message is one that both kids and parents can take to heart.
As someone who works every day to help children connect with the natural world, I appreciate how thoughtfully Carly brings the story of pollinators to life. Little Bee and the Bloom encourages young readers to explore, ask questions, and discover how even the smallest actions can help something beautiful grow. It's a wonderful reflection of the curiosity and stewardship we hope to inspire in the next generation.
