Notă biografică
Anne Thurmann-Jajes (Dr.) is head of the Centre for Artists' Publications at the Weserburg Museum of Modern Art and teaches at the University of Bremen, Germany. She co-chaired the research collaboration Radio Art: On the Development of a Medium between Aesthetics and Sociocultural Reception History, funded by the Volkswagen Foundation (2011-15). She has curated numerous major exhibitions and symposia on Radio Art.
Regine Beyer is a radio documentarian with an expert knowledge of American Radio Art. She studied German literature and Journalism in Berlin (MA), worked at Sender Freies Berlin with radio pioneer Peter Leonhard Braun and other producers/directors. In 1986, she joined Helen Thorington in New York City as Co-Producer of the nationally distributed radio art series, New American Radio. She also taught college courses on creative radio production, and organized radio art presentations, exhibitions and events. In 2002, she relocated to Germany where she continues to be involved in various media-related activities.
