Benjamin Bellez, a young Canadian banker, arrives in Paris to head up his banking subsidiary. He soon discovers, however, that the City of Lights, no matter how sumptuous and elegant it appears, disguises a murky world of backstabbing and betrayal. As he is drawn into the web of French banking, he finds his life turned upside down.
