Lessons Learned; A Practical Guide to Care Giving is not like all the other books about care giving. It is my attempt to help those who are beginning the care giving journey or in the middle of the journey. It is about the nuts and bolts of care giving. The intent is to help you navigate the medical, legal and everyday situations that arise during this journey. This book is full of lessons I learned while caring for my elderly mother for nine years. She suffered from vascular disease as well as dementia. My hope is that this book makes your journey easier than mine was.
