A band of armoured Latin adventurers are bound together by a startling and remarkable thread; they are descendants of a select few Italians, and Spaniards, who stood atop the walls of Ancient Byzantium, perishing as they tried to hold back Sulymann's hoards.

Like the glistening Silver Lycus River through the ancient city of Constantinople, sparkling in the moon-light, this silver spectral thread binds these adventurers together, across the waves, even as far as the New World, and Cortez' conquistadors, as they fought the Aztec Empire.

Lepanto: Silver Lycus, is the beginning of a quest across the ages, a forlorn quest to rid the Mediterranean of the Ottomans, and restore long-lost Byzantium to its rightful owners.

An endless saga that continues, in some ways, sadly, to this very day.

Futility, betrayal, loss, and adventure, confronts our intrepid Latins, as they fight the forces of evil, that would ensnare and enslave their very own, Mare Nostrum.
