Dr. Kathy Cowan Sahadath is a leadership educator, researcher, and practitioner specializing in project leadership, change management, and human-centered transformation. She teaches graduate-level programs in digital transformation and works with leaders across sectors to build insightful, inclusive leadership practices. Her research focuses on how leadership conversations shape the experience and outcomes of organizational change. Drawing on both academic scholarship and applied experience, she helps leaders translate strategy into practice through trust, dialogue, and everyday decision-making. Kathy is the author of the Conversations That Inspire Change series, which explores how leaders shape systems through presence, practice, and purposeful action.
