Leadergogy: A New Paradigm for Orchestrating Impactful Leader Education: Routledge Research in Educational Leadership

Autor John M. Hinck, Steven B. Davis, Derrick Iwanenko, Robert S. Hinck, Sara R. Kitsch
en Limba Engleză Hardback – 27 ian 2027
This book presents a new model for leadership education, arguing that developing leaders requires more than the transmission of knowledge, skills, or competencies.
Grounded in the principle of "connection before content," Leadergogy reimagines leadership learning as a holistic process of identity formation, relational growth, and developmental experience. Drawing on interdisciplinary research and classroom-tested practices, the book introduces the Student Experience Ecosystem (SEE) Model and innovative frameworks—including the Pinnacle of Standards, Sharing–Thanking–Resonating (S-T-R) Zone, Music–Coaching–Improv (MCI) Framework, and BART-PR Methodology—to help educators intentionally design learning environments that foster trust, engagement, reflection, and transformation.
Written for students, instructors, faculty developers, leadership educators, and scholars of higher education, Leadergogy provides a holistic approach to leader development and education that emphasizes the affective, relational, and experiential dimensions of growth. Readers will gain actionable strategies for cultivating developmental ecosystems that equip students with the knowledge and confidence to discover who they are, who they aspire to become, and how they can lead effectively in an increasingly complex world.
Essential reading for researchers and practitioners interested in curriculum design, faculty development, andragogy, and leadership studies.
