Lavender is a fast moving story about a little girl from birth. Her father is just home from the war for about a year. Late 40's early 50's. He trains horses with kindness but he is firm. Her Mother is from England and does tea's at 10:00 am and 3:00pm. This family finds gold on their property, wild horses and a mysterious cave. They teach a whole town to communicate and get along through tea's.
