Session 2 Leader Guide: There are more than 40 psalms that are considered psalms of lament (expression of sorrow or regret). In each, the writer pours his heart out to God in refreshing honesty and vulnerability. Women in this session are lead to reflect on past or current laments in their life, share their feelings with God, and end with an expression of trust.
