The author, Diane Lakner, gives a lighthearted and picturesque look at the people, places, and pets that have been important to her. She chronicles her life from birth through her first fifty years. She shares the good times with you. There have been both heroes and scoundrels in her life. The scoundrels you will not see. The heroes you will know a little bit about and be grateful for it, for in this world of cynicism, there are still lovely people. Open this book to see some of them and enjoy the knowing.
