Maeve is, what she would consider, an average woman: a good mother, obedient wife, office worker and lover of her dogs, tattoos, art, music and always daydreaming.
Life is seemingly back to normal for her after what happened, with a few sacrifices here and there. With her husband still in the dark about her affair and with the mundane routines becoming all too familiar again, Maeve continuously tries to fend off feelings that are meant to be left behind.
But there is one thing she will always crave.
Him.
It's been a year. No communication, no contact... no electricity.
Maeve understands and accepts what she was... is. She knows he won't take her back, but when they accidentally see each other again (and again), she simply cannot ignore the temptation, desperately wanting this to be fate.
