Kudu is a family-run restaurant in Marylebone set up by husband and wife team Patrick and Amy.
Chef Patrick Williams is from Durban, South Africa, where he grew up on chicken curries, oxtail potjies, and anything cooked over the braai. He has extensive experience, having worked at several fine dining establishments, including The Dairy and The Manor in London, as well as Cape Town's La Colombe and Camphors, on the Vergelegen wine estate.
Amy Corbin grew up in Clapham, London, and always dreamed of owning her own restaurant - following in the footsteps of her father Chris Corbin, one half of the renowned British restauranteurs Corbin & King. After years working in the design industry in London and New York, she and Patrick took the plunge in 2017 and opened Kudu.
Amy and Patrick live in Nunhead with their three children and their dog, Isla the Bear.
