Killing the Birds

An eleven-year-old boy is found brutally murdered up a logging road near the small town of Reverend River. When the Feds show up, local reporter Dan Holdsworth, usually resigned to council meetings and pie-eating contests, knows there's more to the story. With the help of his odd camera man, he brings Reverend River to the world, and the world to Reverend River.
