Ryan Frank is a pastor, author, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for those serving the next generation. As the co-founder of KidzMatter, Ryan has spent more than 30 years equipping and encouraging children's ministry leaders around the world. His deep love for the Church and unwavering belief in the importance of discipling kids have shaped everything he does-from conferences and training programs to publishing resources and mentoring ministry leaders.Ryan and his wife Beth are the publishers of KidzMatter Magazine, founders of KidMin Academy, and hosts of the annual KidzMatter Conference, now the largest gathering of children's ministry leaders in the United States. Ryan is also the author of over 10 books, including The KidzMatter Playbook, Ten Sentences to Revolutionize Your Ministry, and Eat the Frog First.Ryan holds a Master's degree in Bible and lives in Indiana with Beth and their three daughters, Luci, Londyn, and Lily. Together, Ryan and Beth lead KidzMatter with a shared passion: to serve those who serve kids.
