The solutions are practical, clearly stated, and spiritually grounded. It is an easy read that enables an in-service Superintendent to access refreshing and functional solutions for fostering success. For the aspiring Superintendent, the solutions are enlightening, suggesting what one can expect from such an awesome job. It should be considered as one of the primary texts used in the preparation of Superintendents.
I found this book to be a very special guide for practicing and future Superintendent Candidates. It gives a step by step approach to areas that affect the office of Superintendent. Breaking down the book into the areas of concern was very key for me as you looked at In District concerns, the Superintendent as a professional and local leader. The book can be easily used as a teaching tool to instruct up and coming leaders. No aspect of the tireless work of the office of Superintendent was left out. Great book!
