This volume features prominent Kent County figures as well as many images of Chestertown, Rock Hall, Galena, Millington, Kennedyville, Still Pond, Betterton, and other remarkable locations. Author Patricia Joan O. Horsey is a lifelong resident of Kent County with an interest in history and genealogy. Her colleague, R. Jerry Keiser, is a local historian and librarian.
