Lisa writes books and reads people. In 2020, she wrote her debut novel, Katie, A New Chapter. A self-help work of fiction based on her life experiences. She touches on mental health, abuse, and trauma in her story. She is proud to say it has helped save a life.Lisa loves writing both for enjoyment and to facilitate the healing process in herself and others. Writing groups, workshops and well-being courses are all available to support your own journey. As well as being a writer, Lisa is an Inspirational Speaker, Intuitive, Coach and Volunteer Radio Show Host.
