Jeremy Taylor was always asked by pirates, slaves, and friends, "How can you praise your God when Hell opens its gates and its contents seem to only land on you?"With every step Jeremy Taylor took, hardship followed. At the age of fifteen, he was called away from his family to be a missionary in the ocean wilderness, experiencing more pain and hardship in five years than most people do in a lifetime.
