Journey from Darkness

It is divided into three sections: Midnight of the Soul, containing poems of extreme distress and darkness; "Journey from Darkness, " which covers various aspects of the recovery process and the first glimpses of an end to the mental suffering of the abuse survivor; and Sunrise at Last, where the poems take on a message of hope and inspiration.
