G. Todd Smith, a lifelong writer and former journalist, draws his inspiration from Ernest Hemingway, William Faulkner, Eudora Welty, Willie Morris and Walker Percy with a healthy dash of Tennessee Williams, Shelby Foote and Harper Lee thrown in for good measure.
