With deep roots in traditional Southern Gospel, The Guardians are not afraid to diversify their sound and repertoire. The sweeping ballads with big orchestrations and uptempo Southern Gospel songs for which they are known are included in this recording. Making this unique are the inclusion of "From Now On" from the recent movie/musical The Greatest Showman and the modern treatment of a Gospel music classic, "Where We Ever Shall Be," which is recorded complete with heavy electric guitar and strong lower brass lines.
