I was born in Grffin, Ga., attended Coosa High School in Rome, Ga., and was a four-year letterman in football and baseball and also wrestled and ran track. I attended four years of college at Livingston University, Livingston, Ala. (now West Alabama University) and was a linebacker for a Div. II football team and president of college athletic Letterman's Club; Currently I run my own business as a real estate consultant for Mansour International with my wife, Chrystal Mansour. I am the author of "It is NOT IMPOSSIBLE!" Building a Business from Zeo Using the Bulldozer Method. This book details my company history of Fitness International, inc. and other successful businesses. I was self-employed for more than 30 years; managed 300-plus employees for ten businesses including Fitness International, Inc. in the Atlanta, Ga. area as well as several other businesses.
