For over thirty years I dreamed of visiting Ireland. Instead I cited practicality for putting off my desire, for accepting less-than living, and for pretending my needs didn't matter. I felt sad, angry, lonely, and spiritually lost. Why I think Ireland would fill the void and answer my questions? I didn't know. Ireland called me. I responded. This is my story.
