Intifada Globalized

Autor Ofir Dayan
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 28 sep 2026
Why is Israel losing the support of a generation that once viewed it as a natural ally?
In Intifada Globalized, Ofir Dayan examines the dramatic rise of anti-Israel sentiment and antisemitism across the West, particularly among younger generations. Drawing on her experiences at Columbia University and extensive research, Dayan explores how universities, politics, traditional media, social media, workplaces, and activist movements have transformed the way Israel and Zionism are perceived.
But this book is not only an examination of what went wrong. Dayan confronts Israel's own failures in the battle for public opinion and asks what must change. She argues for rebuilding connections with Diaspora Jewry, communicating more effectively with Western audiences, countering misinformation, and developing a serious long-term strategy for reaching the next generation.
Timely, provocative, and solution-oriented, Intifada Globalized is both an analysis of Israel's growing crisis of international support and a call to rethink how Israel tells its story to the world.
