This tenth anniversary publication of the Berglund Center is dedicated to two groups; first, to the many authors who have contributed to Interface over the decade that we have published. We have been fortunate that so many have contributed selflessly to Interface, often on short notice and always with minimal compensation. They have done so because they believed in the importance of the Internet as a communications channel, and have desired to help build Interface as a source for analysis, and as a tool for expressing their own voices.
