Integrative Gestalt Practice: Transforming our Ways of Working with People
Autor Mikael Sonne, Jan Toennesvangen Limba Engleză Paperback – 3 sep 2015
Mikael Sonne and Jan Tønnesvang show how the gestalt concepts of field, organism, gestalt process, contact, awareness, and experiment translate directly into intervention practice. They then place those concepts in an integral framework that holds different theoretical perspectives together instead of setting them against each other. The same model is applied in therapy, organizational work, coaching, and teaching, and the book includes a chapter of awareness training and exercises so readers can practice what the theory describes.
Ken Wilber, author of The Integral Vision, gave the book his recommendation, which matters because the framework is built on his integral model. Philip Brownell, author of Gestalt Therapy: A Guide to Contemporary Practice, knows of no other book advocating such a gestalt integrative approach.
This book is for gestalt therapists and trainees, integrative psychotherapists, supervisors, coaches, organizational consultants, and educators who want one framework that holds up across the different settings they work in.
If a single method has ever felt too narrow for the people in front of you, this book was written for you.

Descriere
The book shows in various ways how concepts of field theory, self-regulation, contact, awareness and creative experimentation can be directly applied in working with people. The IGP model can be used in many different contexts: in therapy, organisational work, coaching and pedagogy.
