Notă biografică

Teresa Salerno is a dedicated holistic wellness advocate, Reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, and author. She is also the founder of Kokoro Ki Healing, a healing space for those wanting to live a more intuitive and conscious life. Teresa completed her Reiki studies through Melbourne Reiki Training in 2016. She has been practicing yoga on and off the mat since completing her training at the Australian College of Classical Yoga in 2004. Additional studies in counselling, health, and fitness support her passion for helping people develop and implement a balanced and holistic approach to authentic living.
Christine Karron is a Canadian artist and illustrator. Christine was born and raised in Estonia and lived many years in Germany. Christine's artwork has been sold worldwide and published in books and magazines in Europe as well as in North America. Christine has illustrated six children's books and self-published multiple coloring books. When time allows, Christine shares her work in progress videos on her YouTube channel. Christine lives with her husband, their three kids, and a dog in Central Alberta, Canada.
