I've always been a powerful witch, but a good decision-maker? Not so much. When I was eight years old, I accidentally sold my soul to an incubus. Well, technically a half-incubus, but that makes no difference in the eyes of my coven. Thirteen years later, and that half-incubus, Daemon, is now my best and only friend. The only problem-I'm supposed to pledge my allegiance to the light witches, but I can't as long as he is in my life.
When one of our coven members is murdered, and all evidence points to Daemon, it's up to me to prove his innocence-even if that means some undercover investigation work at an incubus club in Hell. For him, I'll do it. I'll do just about anything. Pretending to be his lover and plaything wouldn't bother me at all if it weren't for Christopher, my fated mate.
As the investigation brings me physically closer to Daemon, I find myself with an impossible choice to make: my coven and my mate, or my incubus bestie who's starting to feel like something more. Normally, I'd ask God to help me choose, but I don't think he has any jurisdiction here.
