On the anniversary of Joseph Rothrock's summer cruise of the Chesapeake Bay, two boats set out to follow the 130 year old voyage of the "Martha" as they sail down the Chesapeake, up the James River, and back. It is a voyage undertaken in order to "preach" a gospel of relaxation and to remember the place America was born and came of age.
