Georgie Lee (he/they) is a performance poet and the majority of work is reflected as such. "in bloom." captures what it means to grow up as a mexican-american queer in Texas. Selected works also touch on subject material such as: embracing yourself, grief, overcoming addiction, and growing pains. The book aims to encourage continual growth for the sake of living, setting roots, and growing.
