This leads to complications like myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accidents.This book therefore provides a new way to detect endothelial dysfunction in non-invasive way. This book is focused mainly on SLE patients with changes in endothelial dysfunction. Endothelial dysfunction is indicator of atherosclerosis. Antioxidants like N-acetyl cysteine and Atorvastatin showed improvement in endothelial dysfunction.
