Here are some little-known facts about me: · I sent my son to school in a 'Hungry Caterpillar' costume for Dress Up Day. It wasn't Dress Up Day. · Sometimes I like to do a silly dance in public. My husband and kids like to walk away. · As a kid, I loved to suck on lemons. · I rode to school every day, wearing a yellow stack hat, when bike helmets weren't compulsory. · My grade one teacher, Mrs White, turned our whole classroom into the Magic Faraway Tree. I thought it was truly magical. · My dad hired a mural artist to paint a friendly giant on my bedroom wall, which was lovely, except that I found it terrifying. · My favorite Children's book creators are: Nick Sharratt, Julia Donaldson, Mem Fox, Todd Parr and Enid Blyton (for old times sake) I am Heidi Wolfenden.
