HuanXin Theory

Autor Ko-Haw Nieh
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 20 aug 2026
What is "mind"?
This question has troubled human civilization for millennia.Philosophers have described it in language; religious teachers have transmitted it through experience; scientists have measured it with instruments;psychologists have analyzed it through behavior - and yet, to this day, "mind" remains the most difficult word to define with precision.
Buddhist Yogācāra philosophy ventured deepest into this territory, proposing are fined architecture of Eight Consciousnesses. Yet its language is formidably dense, and even long-time practitioners struggle to map its operations onto their own daily experience.
HuanXin Theory was written to close that gap. Using a method the author calls the M-transform, it re-decodes two thousand years of Yogācāra consciousness theory through the language of systems engineering - mapping classical concepts such as the storehouse consciousness (Ālaya), the Ego-King, and Witnessing onto a testable, derivable architecture. Not metaphor, but structural correspondence.
The book moves from the architecture of individual consciousness outward - through cellular, animal, and cosmic scales - before turning to karma, rebirth, and the engineering mathematics underlying the entire system. The result is a rigorous, cross-disciplinary framework for readers drawn to Buddhist philosophy, the philosophy of mind, or the intersection of engineering and consciousness studies.
