It's almost Halloween The Doxie pups, Whiskers, Wags, and Sniffy are throwing a party. Whiskers and Sniffy know what they want to be but, after a bad experience last year, Wags is having a hard time deciding. After much soul searching, Wags decides on his costume and gets busy making it himself. The day has arrived and the guests stream in but Wags is nowhere to be found. Where could he be The games are about to begin. Then, a hush falls over the crowd as Wags enters the room.
