A diverse group of women in age, class, and race deal with major heartbreak caused by infidelity and the dissolution of their marriages, but not by giving up on their lives. With help from Yolie Richards, their personal fitness trainer, they manage to forge ahead. Even as one of the women is hoping her husband will die, Yolie is there for her, too.
