Honesty
Autor Radhika Sanghanien Limba Engleză Hardback – 11 mar 2027
We all lie. To our friends, our family, our colleagues and to ourselves. But what if we stopped?
Most of us grow up believing that lying is wrong. Yet research suggests we do it every day. We're afraid that complete honesty will hurt the people we love, cost us our jobs or leave us isolated and alone. But when award-winning writer Radhika Sanghani stopped lying, the opposite happened: her relationships deepened, her confidence grew and her life changed for the better.
Drawing on conversations with leading experts, including Kim Scott and Dr Nicole LePera, Sanghani explores how living honestly can improve our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. By letting go of people-pleasing, setting healthier boundaries and embracing honest communication, we can transform our relationships, our work and the way we see ourselves. Most importantly, she shows that honesty doesn't have to be brutal. There is always a way to tell the truth with kindness.
Insightful, practical and deeply empowering, this is a roadmap to living with greater courage, authenticity and fulfilment.
