After a huge fire in her family's apartment, Nora Wilson's parents won't let her or her brother out of the apartment. Nora is thrilled to make a new friend, Caitlin, who just moved into the building. Caitlin knows nothing about what happened to Nora's family, but she does seem to know a lot about the ghosts rumored to haunt the building.
