Something is deeply wrong in Seven Springs. When Seth Granger returns from summer camp, his small Appalachian town feels... off. Oily blackness flickers in neighbors' eyes, there and gone so quickly he can't be sure he even saw it. His mother is distant, strange, vacant. Even his dog is acting oddly. Then he gets the news.
His abusive father has been butchered. Some of his limbs are missing. And it isn't the first murder. A spate of quiet violence has been plaguing the town as something rotten takes hold. Only a select few have noticed the changes: a detective, two high school teachers, and Seth himself. Unfortunately, they realize far too late that the town is decaying from within. And they're soon faced with a night of terror that will drag them to the brink of sanity.
As chaos erupts, Seth and his allies become the last line of defense against an evil determined to spread across the world.
Hole by Matthew Doggett is perfect for readers who crave small-town horror, creeping dread, and fast-paced terror.
