George Ivanoff likes going to the zoo to watch the hippos. He has never caught any of them dancing. George also likes writing. He has written more than 100 books for kids and teens, including Monster Island, the interactive You Choose series and the non-fiction Survival Guides, as well as a ton of school readers and educational books. George drinks too much coffee, eats too much chocolate and watches too much Doctor Who. Emma Hay loves creating art that is cute, colorful and memorable. Following her creative passions, she has had a fun-filled career working in a wide range of children's media including Animation, Gaming and Design. However, nothing has captivated her more than working in the delightful world of Children's Picture Book Illustration. When she is not working on her next picture book, Emma can be found enjoying her second (or third) cup of coffee and exploring the great indoors with her couch potato dog, Theo.
