Raised on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, Larry Krackle hiked and hunted in the vast forests. He is an avid outdoorsman who began exploring early in his childhood. He's backpacked more than one thousand miles in twenty states and several foreign countries. Humorous events while tromping through the woods and floating down rivers inspired him to write and publish books. Each one contains over a dozen of his illustrations and short stories embellished into factional account
