This is a case study of surviving through multiple herniated discs and spinal injuries. How I went through various treatments over the last decade and which ones didn't work at all in my case. As much as painful the herniated discs are, so is painful the time it takes to cure it. It is very important to pin point the exact problem and find the best cure for it in early stages.
