As I would spend time with God, I would take my fears, misunderstandings, hurts, and discouragements to God, and He would teach me and heal me through the poems that He gave me. Whenever I would ask for a special poem, He would give it to me. Over the past thirteen years, He's given me all these poems that are in this book.
