We can start getting emotional scars, as early as infancy. Some of us have been rejected, bullied, abused, ridiculed, molested, raped and/or beaten. Even mean words can kill a spirit; but there is One who can heal every hurt. He is acquainted with sorrows and touched with our infirmities.
