Breakdown Press is excited to present Hax Memora, a new work of ferocious intensity by Lale Westvind. Across 184 action-packed pages, thrumming with motion and energy, Lale Westvind redefines the very notion of what comics can do, and how gesture and figure can affect the reader. A work of concentrated, jagged, kinetic cartooning, as Westvind's figures hover between angels and monsters, battling their way through an electric, explosive shifting landscape of mountains and lightning. Breakdown Press previously published the sold-out Hax, and this new work builds and transforms that earlier work in one of the most exciting evolutions in current comics. Printed in four spot colours throughout, Hax Memora is a gorgeous, undeniable new work. A journey into the electric soul of myth and meaning.
