Harpoon is set in the not too distant future, when global warming has forced mankind to retreat to the depths of the oceans to survive. Paul Stephens is the Captain of a small deep sea submarine who is forced to decide whether to help a friend and face almost certain death. Or help those in authority achieve their goal, regardless of who gets hurt in the process.
