Written while incarcerated after he had been wrongfully convicted by the federal Government of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA following prosecution and trial fraught with crimes committed by crooked United States Attorneys and criminal defense lawyers parading as "defense counsel" under the protection of corrupt judges, all beholden to the system, the book is meant to educate primarily businessmen and women who conduct or intend to conduct business in the United States and with the corporation called UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (Inc.), or for that matter, all who find themselves crossing swords with the amoral federal Government. The book covers the proceedings leading up to his wrongful conviction and proves crimes of obstruction of justice, tampering with the evidence and witnesses, bribing witnesses, falsifying evidence, fabricating evidence, perpetrating fraud upon the court, altering documents entered into evidence and suborning perjury by the prosecutors and even so-called defense lawyers-all officers of the court-even the judge altering the record to cover their crimes.
